Having problems with your USB? Your USB is not left format? Your USB is in RAW format and want to Fat32 or Fat?
At first open the MS-DOS [Compuer]
Press Start + Run – and write cmd and ENTER![USB raw format write-protected [Solution]]( "USB raw format write-protected [Solution]")

Press Start + Run – and write cmd and ENTER
or press the WINDOWS key and the R write cmd and press ENTER key A WINDOW will open as follows : format X: / fs: fat32
Where X is the drive letter of your USB. Note: if you want your USB is FAT format then you use fat to see fat32. (for save your drive letter is your memory you have to go to my PC and find your USB you look at the letter and ready) Simply press enter and we hope to finish the format.
we now ask you to assign a name to the unit I’ll put Black. we press ENTER. a look over all write and exit by pressing ENTER key so we will leave the MS-DOS.
By following above procedure you can format recovery write protected Raw USB external hard drives and pen drives.
